Pontoon: approx $2,793 worth of repairs and maintenance completed in last 12 months.

Model 818F: 9 person capacity, 40Hp 4-Stroke Mercury ELPT EFI. Starts right up and runs like a modern engine. Will do 19mph with my wife, myself, full ice chest, small grill and picnic supplies for the day. Perfect balance of performance and towability. My wife tows it behind her 2022 Ford Bronco with ease. Humminbird 325 DualBeam PLUS sonar, and 2400 Watts peak-to-peak power output. Brand new Transducer. Dual batteries. Live Well. 7-gallon fuel tank, have ONLY used non-ethanol fuel since pontoon was brand new.
-
Comes with everything to get out on the water; fenders, dock lines, anchor, life jackets (X2) and throwable perseverer. Matching green Bimini with weather wrap/cover.
-
When new, was purchased through Stevenson Marine in Portland where it spent the first 11 years of its life on freshwater lakes and rivers. Was always covered when not in use.
2nd Owner took it to Eastern Oregon where it served primarily as a floating swim platform at Pine Hollow Reservoir. In that period, it was covered and/or covered and garaged when not in use. We purchased it in July of 2025 to be a combo pleasure boat for our family and fishing boat.
-
Fast forward, we ended up with two ponton boats and we don’t need two. With way it trailers and runs out, I prefer we keep this one, she wants to keep the other one with more comfy lounge seat… happy wife, happy life as the saying goes

At 370 +/- engine hours runs out like new. With EFI, can use OBDII port with scanner to read codes, etc. You/we can verify engine condition in couple of ways. Bring your compression gauge or use mine, (verifies ring seal/engine condition), hook up fuel pressure gauge and verify fuel pressure. Then, we live 20 minutes from the Columbia River, we can take it out for trail run while hooked up to my engine monitor/laptop and you will be able to see all the engine parameters.
