Description
2006 Seadoo Islandia
Great boat for a large family or planning to have a lot of people to take out on the lake. Rated for 12. This is a crossover type of boat drives like a v hull but has space of a deck boat/pontoon has some crazy features I never even knew existed in a boat. This size. On board fresh water, pop up changing room with RV toilet, front splash pad with fountain for really little kids Front and rear swim platforms with ladders
This year is the most desirable version with the twin 155 Rotax engines
I have had it just about 2 years now, bought from the original owners. That were in their 80s Originally from
Arizona and moved to Washington about 5 years ago. Never been in salt water, well maintained, stored in covered storage or in my case indoor storage since I’ve had it
I’ve done a few mods and updates since I’ve had it and the original owners did a ton the year before I got it. From rebuilt jet pumps, new dess post and keys, filter changes etc. always winterzied new canvas for full Bimini top
I added hydro turf
New stereo. Fusion head unit. Mbquart 6 channel and 1 channel amps. Kicker speakers and clarion subwoofer,
New bearings/seals on the trailers
Cobrajet rudder fins
Larger 27 agm battery
Upgraded bilge pump
USB and 12v outlets
It’s in really great shape and fun on the water. The only reason I’m looking to sell now is that Lake Tapps has water level issues so we won’t be using much this year and quite honestly I’m tired of paying 650 a month for indoor storage.
Has two tubes to pull a 3 person and a 2 person hot dog tube (never used)
Tow rope
New anchor
2 full Seadoo maintenance kits. (Filter oil etc)
Extra spark plugs
Plenty of life vests. Youth to adult sizes
Extra DESS new key
Candoo pro scan tool
New stainless blue led cup holders (not installed)
cons.
Some superficial scratches in the gel coat that were fixed but the color doesn’t match (I was going to wrap the boat)
The fuel gauge I don’t think works. It does power up and go full but never see it go down, although I do fill it before every trip. Just calling it out
The depth finder gauge. It turns on but gives a warning beep when first
Running. Just have to hit a button and it goes away but I’ve never needed it, was planning on doing an update one but never got around to it
A couple small tears and nicks in the interior seats. For the age it’s actually in good condition but want to call it out. Nothing keeping you from using it at all and will last for many more years
One of the rear sundeck seat back struts is frozen and needs to be replaced to have the seat back fully up, it only goes up partially without that fix
Windshield has a heat mark from what I’m guessing was a reflection was going to tint but never had the chance
Outside of that it all works. Very well maintained fun boat that doesn’t need anything to launch. Tons of onboard storage, comes with whistles, 2 fire extinguishers. Oars. All that safety equipment needed. Has just renewed tabs for boat and trailer
Clean titles in hand for both trailer and boat
22k obo. Not looking for trades. Cash or wire preferred. Have no problem showing the boat in the lake but cash needs to be in hand before taking the time to launch. Has dual water hookups so I can fire it up right in the driveway and show running gauges. Stereo all that stuff.
