We are selling our used Yamaha AR230 High output. We are buying a boat from some friends that is a newer version of this boat. We have owned the boat for 5 years and it has worked flawlessly for us. We have already had it out 3x this year on American Lake and Lake Tapps. The coast guard plate says the capacity is up to 10 people. The boat runs great and has been maintained every year with new spark plugs and oil changed in both engines. The speedometer was upgraded to GPS. This boat has a pair of the ultra reliable MR1 high output engines. Aluminum fins were added to the jet buckets to help with slow speed control. The engines run at up to 10k rpms and the boat will go about 50mph on smooth water and 2-4 occupants. The trailer is the original galvanized double axle that came with the boat new. We installed new tires last year and replaced the brake pads and rotors as well. There is a spare tire mounted on the trailer. It has an upgraded stereo with kicker tower speakers, ported subwoofer, and 2 amps. The house speakers have been upgraded to kicker and rockford fosgate. A dedicated stereo battery was added with a 2 bank noco battery tender. The bass shakes the whole boat if you want to turn it up that loud. We have 2 Yamaha covers for the boat, one of them is only a year old. We installed new marine mat flooring last year. This boat is great for water skiing, wakeboarding, tubing, knee boarding, foil board, and with some fat sacks or added ballast bags it can be used for surfing. We took this boat to Stehekin on Lake Chelan, several times with no issues at all. It's a great family boat. It requires minimal maintenance and basically no winterization so the cost of ownership is very low.
